Pros: It's a cost-effective no frills smartphone that works with my carrier. Battery life is the best of any smart phone I've owned.Cons: A lot of the stock software is poorly written bloatware (I'm looking at YOU, youtube music)Delete that crap, get some better apps and and you'll be fine.This phone doesn't have a lot of onboard storage so choose wisely and grab an SD card for your pictures, music, etc.
This is the first time I spend over a hundred bucks on a phone... SEVERELY disappointed. It makes you type in an ID code every few minutes and even... get this... MAKES YOU ENTER YOUR PASSCODE TO TURN IT OFF!!! I got protective screen... but it made all the screentouch controls not work. It continually sends me off on weird tangents or demands passwords for Google or something. If I do manage to call somebody, they can't hear me unless I turn on the speaker, meaning anybody near me has to listen to my call. I have never spent as much effort screwing with a phone on this one... and it's about 99% useless. Doesn't even have an app for radio listening. I wish I;d never bought it.AND, just now, when I tried to take the SIM card out, it BURST INTO FLAMES... seriously.... filled my room with smoke and spilled burning junk all over the floor, scorching my carpet. I can't believe this POS is even LEGAL>

I liked that the phone was unlocked. I was able to add the Sim card to the phone and it worked right away
Overall thus phone will meet a majority of my needs. I was able to switch the Sims card easily and get it connected to my phone plan. The speed is a little slow and it has an update that it cannot seem to finish. However it works for what I need for now.
Nice smart phone
Everything went good. On time delivery. Quick change over. But I tried to make a call I couldn't be heard on th other end. I think it has a bad microphone. I'm not sure though.
Got this for an elderly person. Didn't need a look of bells and whistles. It was easy to set up with her carrier and she is not having any problems using it. Happy we purchased it
